US Technology - Avant Latin America warrants the products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the original purchaser. This warranty is in effect beginning from the date of purchase and must be verified with your sales receipt or invoice displaying the date of product purchase. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and will not transfer to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from the original purchaser. All warranty returns must be received on or before the warranty expiration date.
US Technology - Avant Latin America will, at no additional charge, repair or replace nonconforming memory products with new parts or serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of US Technology - Avant Latin America.
This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from US Technology - Avant Latin America or an authorized distributor, nor to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective:
 As a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, natural or personal disaster.
By the use of parts not manufactured or sold by US Technology - Avant Latin America.
By modification of the product, defacement or removal of the original manufacture warranty seal
or serial number.
As a result of service by anyone other than US Technology - Avant Latin America.
Under no circumstances will US Technology - Avant Latin America be liable for damages, lost revenue, lost wages, lost information or any other incidental or consequential damage arising from purchase, use or inability to use this product, even if US Technology - Avant Latin America has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
